Shipping policy
Shipping is free on orders above £150 to the UK and £250 internationally
Timing of orders
We aim to despatch orders the same day if received by 1pm on weekdays, and on the next working day if received after 9am on Friday or at weekends.
Delivery times are for guidance and may vary according to individual location. Hand and Jones is not responsible for delays by any circumstances out of our control.
Courier delivery summary
If you elect to have your order delivered by Courier, it will arrive in a branded presentation box via UPS carbon neutral courier service. Please ensure you are in to receive and sign for the package. Please give us an alternative address, such as your work address, if you are not going to be at home during normal working hours.
Please ensure you provide a correct mobile number and email address as the couriers will update you on a delivery window by text and email.
Please note that in the case of all destinations due to courier restrictions we cannot deliver to a PO Box or those restricted countries not served by UPS.

Shipping cost: £23 or free for orders over £250

We deliver to the following European countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden and Vatican City.
Your order will be sent from the UK, and if import duties apply, you will need to pay these upon receipt.
Shipping to the USA/Canada
Shipping cost: £25 or free for orders over £250
Delivery time estimate: 1-2 working days (subject to customs clearance).

Shipping to the rest of the world
Shipping cost: £35 or free for orders over £250
Delivery time estimate: 3-4 working days (with some remote island exceptions and pending clearance from local Customs).
Our rest of world service covers Asia, Africa, South America and Australia, as well as Norway, Ukraine, Switzerland, Canada and Mexico. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to Cuba, Iran, Iraq and North Korea. Please check with on UPS website for any further local restrictions.

Underwear and T-shirts – Postal delivery summary
We deliver underwear and t-shirts in recycled mailing envelopes using the Royal Mail, with estimated delivery times as follows:
