Cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout
All orders dispatched from the UK using Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ postal service.
Shipping is free on orders above £100 to the UK and £250 internationally.
Your order will be sent from the UK. If local import duties apply, you will need to pay these upon receipt.
Timing of orders
We aim to despatch orders the same day if received by 1pm on weekdays, and on the next working day if received after 9am on Friday or at weekends.
Delivery times are for guidance and may vary according to individual location.
Hand and Jones is not responsible for delays by any circumstances out of our direct control.
Postal delivery summary
We dispatch all orders in recycled mailing materials using the Royal Mail 'Signed For' services. Estimated delivery times as follows:

Please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery during busy periods such as public holidays and sale periods. We will endeavour to keep you updated of any unexpected shipping delays.
You will be sent a tracking link from us for your order upon dispatch, for you to monitor the progress and status of your delivery.
Please ensure you are in to receive and sign for the package. Please give us an alternative address, such as your work address, if you are not going to be at home during normal working hours.

Orders over £100 have free shipping
Delivery time estimate: 2-3 working days.
Please note, for next day delivery, orders must be placed by 9am GMT Monday – Friday. Orders placed after this time will be despatched the next working day.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses
Shipping to the Eurozone

We deliver to the following European countries : Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden Switzerland, Ukraine and Vatican City.

Shipping to the rest of the world

UPS Carbon Neutral courier service is available on request and subject to additional charges.
